Borderlands 2 comes to Europe on September 21 | Trailer, Screenshots, PS3, PC, Xbox 360

2K Games and Gearbox Software announced that Borderlands 2, the sequel to the hit Borderlands, will hit European stores on 21 September. In addition, players who book the title in advance will receive access to Club Premiere Borderlands 2, giving you access to many extras for the game. Borderlands 2 features new characters, abilities, diverse and imaginative new environments, missions and unique enemies, weapons, materials and spoils most brutal and exciting. All these features come together in a story that takes players to the world of Pandora to end the notorious Jack the handsome and corrupt Hyperion Corporation, either in a solo campaign or in a cooperative mode for up to four players.

"Borderlands 2 offers addictive game again a chaotic mix of shooting and looting that captivated the players of the first game," said Christoph Hartmann, president of 2K. "With more weapons, more enemies, more missions, an engaging story and characters entirely new Borderlands 2 offers a new dimension of play this fall". Borderlands 2 allows friends to play together via split screen or through a network mode with ability to access and leave the game whenever you want. With co-op gameplay uncut and full of action, Borderlands 2 is fully accessible for players who want to play solo or with friends.



Players who book Borderlands 2 will have access to Club Premiere Borderlands 2, allowing them to download the Gun Gearbox arms package, the golden key hunter and relics of the camera. Gun Gearbox package is a collection of unique weapons to help players at the start of the journey on Pandora. The Golden Key is an element used to open a rare item in the mysterious Golden Shrine chest found in Borderlands 2. Hunter relics of the camera is an element that increases the skills as players hunt, while playing alone or associated with friends.
